VICCC has opened its new center at 948 Heather Drive in Blacksburg inside the Good Shepherd Church of the Brethren. The center is open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.. VICCC's mission is to provide the highest-quality care and education to the youngest residents of the New River Valley.
